Hatha/Hatha Flow
Hatha considered by most the “true yoga”. Hatha is “slow flow” movement with much focus placed on holding poses to explore proper alignment while gaining strength, flexibility and balance. A centering of the mind is achieved through breath control and steady movement. Hatha is best suited for those who wish to explore the basis of yoga practice and quiet the mind while achieving muscle flexibility and strength.
Classes are held right from your home, online in a Zoom webinar. I will be available 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after each session to answer your questions. Zoom Weekly Classes can be watched for 24 hours after the scheduled time, so as long as you are registered, you can practice any time within 24 hours of the SCHEDULED class.
